Packaging Design

Logo design

Description of Work:
KNDRIX will create the label identity for the client and can also develop the brand identity (logo) upon request, which will be charged separately from the label pricing.
The client is allowed to have 10 revisions. After the 10 revisions or alterations to the original scope of work will result in additional fees. These include color, image, copy/ text or layout changes. After 10 revisions and the client wish to go in a new direction with the overall design the customer will be charged as a new design.
Ownership and Usage Rights:
Upon receipt of full payment, the CLIENT is hereby granted exclusive and unlimited usage and reproduction rights to the final designs prepared for the CLIENT as part of this project. KNDRIX retains the right to include the work in their portfolio and self-promotion unless explicitly prohibited by the client.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.
Errors:
CLIENT has responsibility to proofread and review all work produced during the project. As a result, the client is fully responsible for any errors in spelling, typography, illustrative layout, photography or other errors discovered after printing or reproduction or for any work performed by third-parties selected by the CLIENT.
Cancellation and Refunds:
If the Client cancels the project before completion, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Designer cancels the project, a prorated refund will be provided based on work completed.
Design Process:
Send us three or four designs (images or sketches) that you like so we get an idea of what you are looking for. Look around for brands that represent the style that you like.
For example hardcore, clinical, cartoonish, etc. The more information that you give in regard to the concept, the better we can interpret your brand vision.We will provide a couple of “mock up” designs for you to pick from and designate the changes that need to be made. Our goal is to give you a great design at a reasonable cost.
Printing will be done by you. We can recommend places to print your labels. After you have approved the final design, we will not be held liable for any printing issues.
